Here is what you can expect from our rug cleaning process when you call the pros:

1. Free consultation and detailed examination. Every job starts off with a free, no obligation consultation where we can get to know you and your one-of-a-kind area rug. We’ll work to understand your needs and more importantly, the needs of your area rug. This involves a detailed analysis of your rug, including things such as the age, where it was made, the knotting structure, materials used, the origin of its coloring, current quality, any existing damage, how often it is used or exposed to traffic or sunlight, how long it’s been since its last cleaning, and more. While it certainly helps for rug owners to have any documentation and paperwork prepared, it is OK if you don’t have all the answers. Our rug cleaning pros have worked with hundreds of various area rugs and can examine your rug to give an expert estimate.
2. Overview of Cleaning Plan. Once we learn everything there is to know about your rug, we’ll pull in several of our experts to convene over the best possible care plan for your area rug. We prefer to have several experts examine the plan to share knowledge and ensure that nothing is missed or overlooked in the process. Once we feel satisfied with the process, we will take to clean your area rug, we’ll discuss as much or as little details with you as you prefer. We will explain each step, how it works, and what to expect as far as deadlines, post-care, and other details. We never begin a job until you feel completely comfortable and confident with how your precious area rug will be cared for.
3. Free pickup and delivery to our cleaning facilities. While we can certainly service your area rug in your home if you choose to, we find that many homeowners prefer the convenience of our free pick-up service where we will safely transport your custom rugs to our cleaning facility. Not only does this prevent any interruptions to your schedule, but also allows for us to take advantage of our high-tech, specialized cleaning equipment and materials, often making the process faster and smoother.
4. Cleaning and drying of your rug. Once your rug has arrived in our cleaning facilities, our expert cleaning specialists will begin working to remove any dust, dirt, and stains from your rug. Depending on the specific needs of your rug, we may utilize a variety of tools available in our facilities, such as professional-grade blowers and shaking machines that release loose dirt from carpet fibers, large soaking tubs that gently eliminate dirt stuck deeper in the fibers, gentle cleaning solutions that are free of harsh chemicals that can damage fine fibers, a variety of soft-bristled brushes and other cleaning tools for extreme stains, and specially designed drying racks and blowers that allow us to dry your rug properly. The most important step in our cleaning facility, though, and what sets us apart from other cleaning companies, is our meticulous hand washing method. Every inch of your rug will receive specialized attention to ensure every single fiber is cleansed and to safely monitor the effects of the cleaning process and safeguard against any damages. 
5. Repairs and Restoration. Once the cleaning is complete, we’ll do another examination to make sure no spot has been missed and that the cleaning process was effective at removing dirt and grime from your rug’s fibers. We’ll also address any repairs or restoration work listed in the treatment plan. This can include sewing rips or tears, patching holes, or recoloring faded or damaged spots.
6. Delivery to your home. When we are completely satisfied with the outcome of your area rug, we’ll safely deliver your tapestry back to your home where you can once again proudly display the intricate, handwoven designs of your tribal rugs, Chinese rugs, and other fine, custom rugs.
